COVID Notification

COVID-19 testing is now being conducted inside our Salina St. location, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Flu shots are available at all locations. COVID-19 vaccines, including boosters, are available at our Salina St. location. Masks are required at all of our locations for all patients and employees, regardless of vaccination status. We are working in close coordination with local public health officials and are following strict prevention guidelines to help keep our facilities clean and our staff, patients and our community safe.
