Dr. Reid came to Syracuse Community Health in December of 2021. Formerly he served as the chief medical officer and senior vice president of Oneida Health, and dually as the president of Oneida Medical Services, a multispecialty group affiliated with Oneida Health. Dr. Reid received his undergraduate degree from Manhattan College and then attended Ross University School of Medicine, where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree. Following medical school, he completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Seton Hall University. A life-long learner, Dr. Reid also holds an MBA from Cornell University and an MS degree in Health Care Leadership from the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences. Dr. Reid regularly sees patients in addition to his duties as chief medical officer.
